The Giveaway Collective runs curated promotional giveaways where customers purchase entries for a chance to win luxury prizes, while supporting a nominated charity.

How does the giveaway work?

Each entry pack includes a set number of entries into the draw.

Once entries close, one winner is selected at random and announced on the scheduled draw date.

Is this a competition or a raffle?

Our giveaways are promotional draws conducted in accordance with Australian trade promotion guidelines.

Who can enter?

To enter, you must:

How is the winner selected?

This ensures every valid entry has an equal and fair chance of winning.

The draw is conducted live on the advertised draw date.

When is the draw?

The draw date is clearly displayed on each giveaway page.

How will the winner be announced?

The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided at checkout.

We will also publish the winner’s first name, last name initial and state on our website and social channels.

Participation in promotional photos or videos is completely optional and will always require consent.

Do I get a refund if I don’t win?

All entry purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
